Colour Matching & Pantone

We are the only independent ink mixing facility in the midlands. With over 50 years of experience in colour matching we produce Conventional, UV and Low migration spot colours in house, which enables us to offer our customers a very fast turn around. All our blends are produced from the Sun Chemical MSB base scheme.

The MSB scheme comprises a range of 34 highly concentrated, fully vegetable oil bases which then require additions of driers, varnishes and waxes to give a finished press ready product. This allows us to formulate inks with increased pigmentation and as well as enhanced drying and rub resistance for some of the more difficult boards and uncoated papers.
